RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Veltrix, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer

  • Items not in original condition or missing parts

  • Final sale or clearance items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company

  • Contact your bank

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
